Fixed Bug in Closing Step When Payment Account Had Been Added by Lender

When an applicant designates a bank account that has been opened and added to Happy Mango by the lender on the Institutional Portal as the ACH payment source, it results in a conflict that stops the applicant from moving forward in closing.  We have fixed this issue by removing the account added by lenders from the display and guiding the applicant to add alternative accounts.

Fixed Bug Causing Incorrect Stepped Loan Amount

In a stepped loan program such as the "Credit Building Loan", the next level loan amount is automatically presented in the loan application after the previous loan has been paid off.   A bug caused the new loan amount to be incorrect when the loan that has been paid off is from a counter offer.  This issue has been fixed. 

Added Backend Check on Completeness of Required Application Data Fields

In addition to checks implemented on the frontend, we added backend checks to ensure all required fields in the online applications have been completed before the application can be submitted. Adding the backend checks will avoid missing data due to frontend check failures caused by browser incompatibility.
