Release Notes on May 27, 2025

First, we released our new, redesigned marketing site! 

In addition, this release includes various bug fixes and UI improvements on all three user portals.  Here are a couple of highlights:

Consumer and Small Business User Portal

Download Offline Closing Documents

If a loan application was closed offline, the closing document uploaded by the loan officer on the Institutional Portal can now be downloaded by the applicant on their portal.  Not to be confused with those closed online through the Happy Mango platform, such closing documents are labeled "Offline".

Financial Coach and Counselor Portal

Access to the Historical Application and Loan Data of a Reassigned or Transferred Client

In the past, when a client has been resigned or chosen to transfer from one financial counselor to another, the new counselor would not have been able to access the client's detailed loan and application information.  We adjusted our data structure so that all historical records related to the applications and loans of a Consumer or Small Business User can be viewed by their new financial counselor.  The applies to reassignments or transfers within the same agency or across different agencies.
