We have been using two independent SMS Text Messaging services. After considering the functionality, reporting, and affordability of both providers, we have decided to migrate all our texting services to AWS Pinpoint. Logs have been implemented to monitor its performance.

Extended Time Window for Incorporating Payment Received in Invoice Generation
We moved the time for calculating the next payment and the invoice amount from 00:00 to 19:00 daily, thereby including an additional day of payments received in the calculation. This can impact loans with a weekly repayment schedule the most, reducing the chances when a delayed payment being missed from calculating the next payment.
