This release included UI/UX changes on the Institutional and Counselor Portal in addition to data structure optimization we made on the backend.
Institutional User Portal
Updated the Logic Related to 3rd Party Involvement During Application Process
When a decline of a loan application is solely contingent on information provided by a 3rd party on Happy Mango, the information provided will flow straight into the letter explaining the decision to decline the loan application. For example, if an employer cannot verify the employment of an applicant, "Employment cannot be verified." or other customizable language will appear automatically on the notification sent to the applicant as the reason for decline.
Financial Coach and Counselor Portal
Added Applicant and Borrower Names to the Applications and Loans Pages
Applicant Name and Interest Offered have been added to the Applications page, and Borrower Names have been added to the Loans page on the counselor portal.
