In this release, we made UX improvements on Consumer and Small Business Portal as well as the Institution Portal.
Consumer and Small Business User Portal
Reduced the Minimum Threshold for "Pay Early"
Previously, the Pay Early function allows the user to enter an amount no less than the next payment due. In this release, we have revised this limit lower to the cumulative accrued interest to date.
Added "Withdraw" Function for Unfinished Applications
Users can now remove those applications that are unfinished or were created by mistake by clicking "Withdraw" on "My Applications" page. This function will remove the application from the system and cancel automated email reminders asking the user to complete the application.
Institutional User Portal
Improved the UI for"Modify Remaining Loan Schedule" Function
We updated the UI layout on the pop-up windows related to "Modify Remaining Loan Schedule" to make it more intuitive to the user to select and change the terms under various use case scenarios.
A new help article has been published with use case scenarios and step-by-step instruction on how to use this function:
