Guidance on Making Loan Payments Outside of Payment Schedule
An email and text notification is sent to the borrower when an automatic ACH payment cannot be made due to low account balance or has failed. This notification includes directions on how to self-initiate an ACH payment on Happy Mango.
Users can also refer to the newly published Help Article for detailed instructions on how to initiate an ACH payment--Paying Off A Loan: How do I initiate an ACH payment for paying down my loan?
In addition, alert messages such as the example below have been added to the portal describing the impact of an ACH payment on the loan's status and future payment schedule.
