This release includes UI improvements on the Consumer and Small Business User Portal, additional customer support channels on the Institution Portal, and an AI assisted messaging support process on the Counselor Portal.
Consumer and Small Business User Portal
Alternative to Open E-Signature Window When Pop-Up Blocker is On
When triggered by the "Sign Document" button, the DocuSign e-signature app integrated on Happy Mango should open a new browser window for the user to perform e-signing. However, if the pop-up blocker on the user's web browser is turned on, the DocuSign window cannot open automatically, as if the "Sign Document" button does not work. To avoid getting users stuck at this step, we added an alternative to opening the e-signature page through a clickable link. This link will appear under the "Sign Document" button if the DocuSign window fails to open automatically.
Highlighted Delinquent Loan Status on Dashboard
To prompt borrowers to make payments when they can, we are displaying an active but delinquent loan's delinquency status on the dashboard to capture the user's attention.
Institutional User Portal
Separate Channels for Requesting Data Adjustment or Customized Development
To streamline our support process for institutional clients, we added two channels for institutional clients to request data adjustment and customized development. These requests will be addressed separately from the ZenDesk support tickets, which will focus on resolving platform issues and questions. On the top right drop down menu, you can find the links for sending such requests directly to our dev team and data team.
Counselor Portal
AI Assisted Support Messaging
We have upgraded the counselor portal support process to an AI assisted messaging tool by ZenDesk. A support ticket will be automatically generated and sent to our support team if the user cannot find the answer at the end of the interaction.
