This release introduces various bug fixes across all three portals along with the following important new features.
Institutional User Portal
New System User Alert Related to Payment Activities
We added the following user alert emails to the System Settings/Alerts selection:
- Borrower Loan Modification Request
- ACH Switch Completed
- ACH Switch Requested
- ACH Payment Failed
- ACH Processing Suspended
- ACH Processing Put On Hold
- ACH Payment Failed to Initiate
Institutional users whose emails have been selected on the Alerts page will receive an email immediately upon the occurrence of the above events to a loan that is using Happy Mango for automatic ACH payments.
Counselor Portal
Improved Agency Admin Function for Assigning Clients from One Counselor to Another
We further enhanced the process for an Agency Admin to move current clients from one counselor to another within the same agency.
When assigning current client(s) to a different counselor, the Agency Admin now has the option to assign all the client's all past and current applications to the new counselor.
