This release continued to improve the information display and user experience related to managing payments on both the Institution and the Consumer and Small Business portals. In addition, a preliminary display of current clients' application and loan data has been added as new pages to the Counselor Portal. Further changes will be made to these two pages in the coming releases.
Consumer and Small Business User Portal
New Payment History and Schedule Display
The display of loan payment history and schedule on the Consumer and Small Business Portal is now synchronized with the Loan Payment Schedule/Current Schedule tab on the Institutional User Portal and with the loan details displayed on the Counselor Portal.

New "Link Account" Alert on the Loans Page
In the past, when a payment account that has been designated as the payment source for making automatic ACH payments on an outstanding loan has been removed or deactivated, a system generated email is sent to the borrower. In this release, we added another indicator "Link Account" on the Loans page to get the borrowers' attention for adding a new payment source. Clicking this link takes the borrower to the Accounts page for adding and linking a new account.
New "Attention Required" Alert on the Loans Page
An "Attention Required" alert will appear when the following has occurred:
- An active loan using automatic ACH payment method is no longer linked to a functioning payment source; or
-
An initiated ACH payment has failed due to one of the following errors: R02, R03, R04, R05, R07, R10, R11, R13, R15, R17, R29, R38, R51 ; or
-
Two consecutively initiated ACH payments have both failed due to R01 error; or
-
Two consecutive ACH payments did not initiate due to insufficient balance returned by Plaid
This "Attention Required" notice indicates that automatic ACH is temporarily turned off for this loan until the borrower takes remediating action that can make future ACH payments successful.

Increased Transfer Limit on Manual ACH Payments from $5,000 to $20,000
We have worked with Dwolla to increase the limit for making ACH transfers originating from a borrower's account to $20,000. This limit increase means borrowers of auto loans, small business loans, and larger personal loans will no longer need to break up their one-time payments into $5000 increments when making early payments on Happy Mango.
Added I-94 to Readable Uploaded IDs in Step 2 of Application
In addition to US passports, driver's licenses, and Employment Authorization Card (EAD), I-94 can now be uploaded as a readable ID in Step 2 of the application.
Institutional User Portal
New Items on Top Right Dropdown Menu
The drop down menu has been updated with the addition of the following two functions.
1. Loan Management: User can search for a loan and access its Loan Payment Schedule from the "Loan Management" link on the menu without having to open the Active Loans page to access the Loan Management page.
2. ACH Processing: This section includes thee pages. Two of the three pages are updated existing pages. The "Today's Transfers" page is new.

New "Attention" Indicator and Reset History on Active Loans Page
The Active Loans page has been updated with two new columns: Reset History and Attention.
The Reset History column displays the number of times a loan schedule has been changed.
The Attention column indicates if the loan payment is at heightened default risk and a portfolio manager's immediate attention is needed to contact the borrower for remediating measures.

New "Record Payment" Button on the Loan Payment Schedule Page
The function for recording an offline payment has been moved out of the Smart ACH pages on the top right drop down menu to the Loan Payment Schedule page. We believe the new location is more intuitive for portfolio and loan managers to record payments made offline and review the effect of the payment on the future loan payment schedule.

Counselor Portal
New Applications and Loans Page
Upon logging into Happy Mango, a counselor will see two additional menu items on the top banner.
- The new Applications page displays all the applications linked to the counselor through the application process -- i.e. the consumer/small business user has selected this counselor as the referring counselor during an application.
- The new Loans page displays all the loans linked to the counselor through the application process, with additional display of past loan payment history and current payment schedule.
