Release Notes on May 1, 2023

In this release, we added new functions and made a number of UI/UX improvements across all three portals.

Consumer and Small Business Portal

1. Dynamic Legal Disclosure Linked to Product Settings Page

Now all legal disclosures on the consumer and small business portal is dynamically linked to the Product Settings on the institutional portal.  

Institutional users can use the "Authorization" and "Disclosure" sections in the Legal & Compliance section to specify and customize notification at each stage of the loan application process. 

Institutional Portal

1. Add'On Field Inputs Display

User inputs into the fields specified in the "Add'On" section, such as voluntary savings, will be displayed on the underwriting pages for loan officers to review. 

2. Option to Permanently Delete Clients' Personal Info

Loan officers can choose to permanently delete a client's sensitive personal data, including uploaded personal ID, upon completion of application review.  This option is available on the Approved page after clicking the "Complete" button.
