This release includes a major update to the financial counselor verification process, which will significantly improve security, flexibility, and efficiency for both institutional and financial counselor users.
To enhance security, we migrated the financial counselor verification form from a temporary web page to a permanent location on the counselor's portal. Financial coaches and counselors no longer need to accept a new client's connection requests and will be connected to their new clients automatically after they have verified the clients' applications. Additionally, institutional users can create and update verification forms on the institutional portal.
Institutional Portal
Institutional users can use the Forms tab on the System Settings page to create and update verification forms. Institutional user can choose from Standard Fields and create Customized Fields to be included for each financial product.
Financial Coach and Counselor Portal
Financial coaches and counselors can save a step in the verification process. The is no need to accept a client's connection requests. A new client will be automatically connected with the coach as soon as the coach has verified the client's verification form.
