Release Notes on January 3, 2023

Infrastructure

• We upgraded our database to increase storage capacity and adopted a new database structure to enhance performance.  
• We updated the user ISP tracking process to ensure only unintended users will be blocked

Consumer and Small Business Portal

We made UI/UX Changes on the following areas:

• Drop-down menu on mobile interface
• Automatic validation of PDF document generation 
• Select Payment step in the closing process

Institutional Portal

We added a new function. The "Query" page, available from from the top right drop down menu, allows an institutional user to create customized reports related to customers, applications, or loans.  As shown in the example below, you can generate a report on all applications submitted in 2022 with the approved amount between $500 and $5,000 or with other specified data range shown on this page.

Financial Coach and Counselor Portal
