This release included bug fixes and UI improvements across all three portals. Below are the highlights.
Institutional User Portal
Applications: Added Search Bar for "Decline" Document Generation
We added search fields for users to quickly identify the decline reason and data source to be included in an adverse action letter to be sent to the applicants.
Partners: Added Lists of Applications and Loans by Each Referral Partner
We added new pages in the Partners section, where users can view and download the list of applications that did not or have not turned into loans or the list of loans by a specific partner referral source.
Loans: Added Before-and-After Comparison of Key Terms in Loan Modification
When modification is being made, the user can see the current and newly proposed terms side-by-side for comparison after clicking on "PREVIEW".
Financial Coach and Counselor Portal
Implemented Process to Identify, Notify, and Inactivate Dormant User Accounts
To ensure all financial coach and counselor accounts on Happy Mango are used by active users, we have implemented a process to identify accounts that had not been used in 60 days, notify the agency admin and the account owner of potential account suspension, and deactivate those accounts in 15 days if no action is taken.
In addition, a 15-day deadline is implemented for unanswered counselor connection requests initiated by Consumer and Small Business Account holders. This process ensures that consumer and small business owner users are timely notified if their selected counselors have not accepted to their connection requests and provide instructions so that the consumer and small business users can select another active counselor.
