Release Notes on August 22, 2023

With this release, we made a number of important changes related to document template management. First, we completed the migration of the e-signature application provider from eSignLive to DocuSign. This change will help us improve the transparency and flexibility in the e-signature process. Secondly, we launched a new interface for adding, assigning, and revising document templates on Happy Mango.

We also made a number of UX/UI improvements.  The highlights as summarized below.  

Consumer and Small Business Portal

1. Additional Details on Application Status

After submitting application, applicants can log in to review where their application stands in the review work flow process, e.g. Hold, Initial Review, Final Review, etc.  

2. Switched to New E-Sign Provider: DocuSign 

All e-signature requests are now facilitated by DocuSign. This change will enhance e-signature performance and reduce costs in the long run. 

 

Institutional Portal

1. New Interface for Managing Document Templates

The new interface includes three tabs.  An institutional admin can use this interface to select document template for each product, add a template that is not available on Happy Mango, and request revision to an existing template.  Each of these three main functions can be performed on the following three tabs respectively: "Document by Product", "Add Document", "Revise Document".

The "Revise Document" tab features a new function on Happy Mango.  Using this tab, the institutional admin can request updates in specified sections of an existing document. 

2. New Multi-Language Setting

We added a new toggle on the System Settings page for institutional admins to choose the multi-language choices on their customers' interface.
