In this release, we added new functions and made a number of UI/UX improvements across all three portals.
Consumer and Small Business Portal
1. Login Password Reveal
We added the password reveal function at login. Users can click on the "eye" icon to reveal the password entered.
2. Downloadable Paid-Off Notice
In addition to receiving the Paid-Off Statement from system automatically generated emails, users can also download this document by clicking the "Paid-Off" hyperlink on the "Loans" page.
Institutional Portal
1. Additions to Product Settings
We added the following new functions on Product Settings page
- Add'Ons
Institutional users can use this new section to include questions on the online application form that ask applicants to opt-in special product features, e.g. sign up automatic ACH payments to qualify for lower interest rate. - Late Fees Customization Field
Institutional users can enter text, for example "the higher of [dollar amount] and % of unpaid amount" in addition to specifying this fee in dollar amount or in percentage terms. - Auto Removal of client data
Institutional users can find the setting in this section that let the loan officers delete client's personal data from Happy Mango after the processing of an application is completed. - Authorization text in Closing step
Institutional users can now customize the authorization and disclosure language used during the Closing step.
2. Vendor Info Added to Reports
We have added Vendor information related to Purchase Finance products in the downloadable reports.
Counselor Portal
1. Remove a Client from "Current" Page
We added the function for counselors to move a client from the "Current" to the "Past" page. Previously, only a consumer or small business user can disconnect with a counselor. This new function will help counselors manage their portfolio of relationships and focus on their current clients.
When the counselor disconnects with a client, the client will receive an email message with instructions on how to request advice from the same or a different counselor.
